Average Completion Time: 7 quarters for associate degree
Program Objective: Prepare yourself for a life-changing career in Harrison College's Associate of Science in Nursing program, accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
To provide specialized care, registered nurses need specialized training—the kind of training you'll receive through classroom and clinical experiences. Besides being taught how to treat patients, you'll increase your ability to:
- Be professional
- Solve problems
- Communicate verbally and in writing
- Work in a team environment
Program Outcomes: Upon graduation, you will be eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN) exam—an exam that 99 percent of our graduates have passed on their first try for the last three years in a row. Once you pass this exam, you will be qualified to pursue your career as a registered nurse.
